We assist with the financial difficulties breast cancer can bring and have established integrative medical treatment scholarships for patients and care givers. We also work in partnership with local businesses to provide services for breast cancer families.
Harry Lozinski lost his wife and best friend, Roberta, to breast cancer in 2015. Their five-year battle with breast cancer taught them many things and left Harry and his family with the determination to support other patients and their families; to help them navigate the journey of breast cancer – a journey no one asks for. Roberta’s Legacy was established in 2017 to emulate Roberta’s life and extend her legacy of faith, hope and love.
Life changes so much from the time someone is diagnosed with breast cancer to when they begin treatment and are further down the road. In the beginning, you don’t know what you’re getting into or what might be helpful; later, support, comfort and help in many ways – not just financially – are needed.
But it’s hard to ask.
At Roberta’s Legacy, we know breast cancer can be a lonely journey, and isolating at times. We want our care to be a comfort, a rock to lean on; we want breast cancer families to know they’re loved and that someone is on their side.

Since we started in 2017, Roberta’s Legacy has helped nearly 70 families, including the 47 families we are currently supporting. Here’s what that support has looked like.
