The Scope of Roberta’s Legacy
Roberta’s Legacy began as a nonprofit in 2017 with the hope of helping two families per year. Roberta’s Legacy desired to walk alongside families going through breast cancer: to lift some financial strain, to be a resource and a light in the dark in whatever ways they could.
Softball for the Greater Good
Roberta never walked alone. Throughout her journey, Roberta was always supported by the love and generosity of her family and friends. We want our community of breast cancer patients and their families to feel that way, too.

Supporting, Loving, and Caring, Just Like Mom
During the month of October, it feels like everywhere you turn you run into something related to breast cancer. Each time I see a commercial or that pink ribbon, I’m reminded how widespread an effect breast cancer has on so many people.
Reflexercize
Reflexercise is a breathing technique I find particularly useful, and one I like to teach my clients. It was created by physical therapist Scott Musgrave, MSPT. His combination of techniques enables you to consistently calm and balance your nervous system, and in the process, train your brain to be less reactive to stress, trauma, and physical and emotional pain.
Celebrating Roberta’s 59th birthday
April is a bittersweet month for our family, friends, and everyone involved with Roberta’s Legacy. Bitter since we will not be able to celebrate Roberta’s 59th birthday with her on April 16th.
